This is not a request, this is a DEMAND. Remove the subjecte-mail address(es) from your mailing lists at once, and take action to prevent its addition in the future! Your continued use of this e-mail address for unsolicited messages without payment will be taken as:

• - harassment
• - theft of telecommunication services
• - breach of contract as the case may be, and under appropriate State and Federal laws, and dealt with as such.

I intend to vigorously and belligerently defend my rights under the law, including, among others, the rights to:

• - institute an action for harassment and/or theft of telecommunication services
• - demand temporary and final injunctive relief to prevent and restrain further harassment and/or theft of services
• - demand remedies for harassment and/or theft of services and actual damages
• - demand recovery of full costs and attorney's fees
• - demand punishment for criminal harassment and theft
• - demand forfeiture and destruction of all implements, devices and equipment used in criminal activities
• - compel payment for accepted, contracted and performed services

This Notice is a good-faith effort to avoid future action. You have been noticed.

• Offeree promises to pay Offeror US $100.00 for each Ad accepted, within 30 days of Offeree's electronic dispatch of each Ad; and,
• Offeror will electronically retrieve Offeree's Ad via "electronic mail", sent to addresses listed below, within thirty (30) days of electronic receipt at Offeror's electronic postoffice on "primenet.com"; and,
• Offeror will electronically store Offeree's Ad, for no less than three (3) days, on data storage equipment owned, leased, or controlled by Offeror; and,
• Offeror may electronically erase/remove Offeree's Ad, following the three (3) day storage period; and,
• Mere dispatch of unsolicited advertisement by Offeree to Offeror after notice is acceptance, and shall compel performance by Offeror and payment by Offeree; and,
• Offer may be accepted in writing, via electronic e-mail, or by actual performance; and,
• Offer is unlimited as to quantity and duration; and,
• Offer is made in good faith, in accordance with the common law; and,
• Offer void where prohibited by law.
